Set the four legs around a rose or clematis growing in a large pot. Three round rings hold the frame together and give stems a tying point on every side, while new shoots can continue through the domed top after they pass the highest ring.
Allow 30 cm across the pot for the rings and leave enough soil around the edge for all four legs. Use 120 cm for compact container roses; choose 160 or 180 cm where clematis or rose canes need more height before reaching the domed top.
